Orion has the ability to host meetings in our 90-seat lecture theatre and Orion II in our 100-seat lounge, whilst at the same time providing partners with all the distractions you would expect of a floating resort – gym, spa, massage and beauty treatments – or specially designed Shoreside Expeditions. When business sessions conclude at the end of the day, everyone can meet over pre-dinner cocktails. There is no better networking venue available! We can host groups as small as 6 and as large as 30 on any one of our scheduled sailings.

• Sanyo Pro xtraX multiverse projector, hand-held remote with laser pointer
• Multi-system JVC VHS video tape player
• Code-free Phillips DVD player (can play original DVDs from all zones)
• Speaker system with surround-sound capability
• Fixed lectern with either cordless microphone or lavaliere head-set mike
• Portable laptops may be connected to the projection system
• Telecast to staterooms/suites
• Large drop-downs projection screen
There is no charge for audio visual equipment as listed above. Additional AV requirements can be arranged and included in your package cost.
